The Wellbeing Exeter partnership, is a collaborative network of organisations working together to improve health and wellbeing across the city. The partnership takes a community-led approach, listening to local people and supporting the ideas that matter most to them.

Are you interested in getting more active? Do you have ideas that could help people be more active in your community?
Our Community Physical Activity Organisers support individuals and communities to make physical activity part of their daily lives and help to build community-led, welcoming and long-lasting opportunities to be active in local neighbourhoods.
CPAOs work closely with Wellbeing Exeter’s Community Connectors and Community Builders. They explore existing opportunities, identify gaps, and help make activities more inclusive and appealing—particularly for people who are currently less active.

Project Coordinators
Community Project Coordinators will deepen Wellbeing Exeter’s work within the community and with our existing partner networks in key priority areas, addressing the specific needs of our communities by developing a range of new opportunities.
The Project Coordinators at Exeter City Community Trust will focus on access to walking and cycling, leisure services and getting back into work.
The roles will include creating new and supporting existing walking groups and cycling activities, maximising opportunities to be active on the Green Circle, enabling residents to take part in leisure services and help to upskill and improve employment prospects.
