Ability Counts
Ability Counts
Ability Counts offers activity for adults with mental health issues, learning difficulties and physical impairments. The programme provides the opportunity to engage in regular, structured, professional and fun physical training sessions.
Registered players compete in a variety of training sessions and competitions in which they play against other players with the same disabilities.
The sessions which are for men and women aim to increase confidence, self-belief, physical fitness and health and wellbeing.
