The Inclusion Programme Officer supports Exeter City Community Trust’s work with 12–25-year-olds facing challenging circumstances. The role delivers mentoring, group activities and community-based sessions that help young people build resilience, make safer choices, engage in education or employment, and reduce risks linked to crime, violence, drugs and alcohol. Working closely with schools, families, police and social workers, the officer tracks progress, maintains safeguarding standards, and acts as a trusted, positive role model.

The Health Officer supports Exeter City Community Trust’s health and wellbeing programmes across the community. Working with the Health Lead, they deliver inclusive physical activity and mental wellbeing sessions, help participants make positive, sustainable changes, and signpost people to further support when needed. The role also involves organising programme logistics, maintaining records, gathering feedback, developing new activities and resources, and building relationships with local partners. It suits a friendly, adaptable person who enjoys working directly with people while balancing practical delivery with administration and programme development.

Exeter CITY Community Trust are seeking additional part-time coaching staff to work on their growing programmes across Devon & Somerset.
As Exeter’s leading Health & Wellbeing charity, and working in partnership with Exeter City FC, CITY Community Trust engage with people of all ages in activities that promote healthier lifestyles, in both football and non football related settings.
From Taunton to Exeter, Teignmouth to Ilfracombe, enthusiastic, energetic and committed coaches are invited to apply to join the charity, working on a number of roles within the community.

Candidates must hold up-to-date qualifications in the following:
- FA Level 1 Coaching Qualification
- Safeguarding Children Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- FA Level 1 Coaching Qualification (desirable)
- Level 1 in another Sports Coaching qualification (desirable)
- Attended FA Youth Award Module One (desirable)
