Training for a 10K race doesn’t necessarily require you to run the full 10K distance in one go during your training sessions. However, it’s beneficial to build up to running at least the race distance over the course of your training to ensure you’re prepared.
A balanced training plan should include short runs, long runs, cross-training, and rest days. It’s important to plan your workouts in advance and adjust them to fit your schedule. See our training tips above for more in-depth guidance.
